Operations Manager

Josh brings over 10 years of experience across Manufacturing, Logistics, and Construction Operations. Known for his strong focus on Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality management, he excels at guiding teams to achieve productivity and quality in line with Best Practice Certification Management Systems. Beginning his career in landscape design and construction, Josh transitioned to operations at Xypex Australia, where he led the manufacturing and logistics team, driving innovation and efficiency. Today, as National Operations Manager at National Concrete Solutions, he oversees all operational and project management functions, championing innovation and continuous improvement for both his team and the organisation.

Ryan Maloney

Business Development Manager

Ryan has been with the company for 2 years, starting as a Business Development Partner before being promoted to Business Development Manager. He brings practical experience in high-risk operational environments, including working at heights, traffic management, and confined space entry, with skills as a permit issuer and gas atmosphere tester. In his role, Ryan focuses on building strong client relationships and driving business growth while ensuring safety and compliance remain a top priority.

Andrew Wallace

Business Development Partner

Andrew brings a diverse skill set to his role as Business Development Partner, combining hands-on trade experience with formal education. He holds a Certificate III in Carpentry & Construction, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (K–12), and a Certificate II in Abattoirs Meat Processing. Andrew is also trained in first aid and merit & equity practices, allowing him to approach business development with both technical expertise and a people-focused perspective.

Jamie Fenton

National Quality & Assurance Training Manager

Jamie brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and building industry, combining deep technical expertise with extensive management experience. He holds qualifications in First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry (including permit issuance and gas atmosphere testing), High-Risk EWP operation (>11 metres), High-Pressure Water Jetting, and Traffic Management. Jamie’s career includes recognition from the Australasian Corrosion Association with the Golden Trowel Award in 2019. In his current role, he leads quality and assurance training nationally, ensuring teams operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

Shireen King

Project Support Officer

Shireen brings six years of construction industry experience to her role as Project Support Officer. She holds a Certificate IV in Business and a Certificate IV in Legal Services, complemented by first aid and Fire Warden (PUAFER005) qualifications. Shireen plays a key role in supporting project operations, ensuring administrative efficiency, compliance, and safety across all projects.

Kerry Martin

Construction Operations Manager

Kerry brings 10 years of construction industry experience to his role as Construction Manager, combining hands-on expertise with strong operational leadership. He holds a Certificate III in Concreting and a range of technical qualifications, including Confined Space Entry (permit issuer and gas atmosphere testing), Working at Heights, Gantry Crane operation, High-Pressure Water Jetting (Class B), High-Risk Licenses for Forklift and EWP (>11 metres), and a Bobcat License. Kerry is committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Dallas Godson

National HSEQ Manager

Dallas brings extensive expertise in health, safety, environment, and quality management, underpinned by over 11 years in the construction industry and 3 years in the marine and oil & gas sectors. He holds a Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110), Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety, and multiple technical qualifications including ICAM Lead Investigator, Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor, SSPC Level 1 Concrete Coating Inspector, and Return to Work Coordinator (NSW/VIC). Dallas is also certified in Confined Space Entry, Working Safely at Heights, High-Risk Forklift Operation, High-Pressure Water Jetting, and First Aid. In his role as National HSEQ Manager, he leads organisational safety and quality initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of operational excellence.

Dan brings expertise in estimating and procurement to his role as Estimator and Bid Coordinator.
