On site to Assess and Remediate

1–2 minutes

National Concrete Solutions recently attended site at a large industrial manufacturing facility to assess and remediate key concrete assets.

Our team, led by Ryan Maloney, inspected two cooling towers identified as requiring crack repairs and the application of protective coatings to improve durability and extend service life in a highly demanding operating environment.

Scope of Works:
✅ Xypex Megamix II coating
✅ Pipe penetration repairs

Site and Safety Considerations:
🦺 Confined space management
🦺 Ventilation and continuous gas monitoring
🦺 Davit arm and ladder access in place
🦺 Internal access scaffolding provided by the client

Proud to support industrial asset owners with specialist concrete remediation solutions focused on long-term protection, durability, and performance.
